a few things about my best friend

1)he hugs me before i goes to bed.

2)when i'm sick,he is always there for me,forcing me to drink more water.

3)he's a really good designer.

4)he gave me almost everything he had,and never requested anything from me at all.

5)we calls him kitty cat.

6)he likes the bloody nasi ayam kunyin in canteen,and can have the same thing for dinner for weeks.

7)he's friendly,cute,talkative and sometimes over active.

8)he's niao ji.

9)he's very clean.

10)cooks very well.

he's not here anymore by my side,and i really miss him. btw,people out there,i'm not gay!

It's a totally different story when you're lazy to go to college and you can't wake up for college.

I stored up all my energy and walked down from the apartment to the nearest clinic.When i was about to return to my apartment,i found out that all the lifts are spoiled,and i had to take the stairs all the way to 16th floor.

If you ever think that studying music is really easy,think twice.It's not just about playing,there's arranging,music technology,contemporary and traditional harmony,ear training and so much more...!

it's been a while since i updated,as i was too busy.

Had to wake up at 650 a.m everyday and go to college for classes,then would be practices.Everyday i spent an average of 10 to sometimes 12 hours in college =.=''

*Eric is teaching me piano now,as if in 1 on 1. He practices 6 to 8 hours everyday? consistent,i can't go that far,so i did 3 to 4 hours.

I left my camera at home uncharged,in fact i had almost forgotten that i own a camera =)

nyways,we decided to celebrate at sushi king,but it wasn't filling,so i had a subway six inch in addition after the set meal i had in sushi king.It wasn't there also after having the sandwich,so i headed to jusco and bought some sushi's,fries and chicken chop.A piece of cake was added to the food list later on.

Chinese always have something in mind that christianity is a western religion.Lets have a look at a few facts.

an impact-full message by rev John Avanzini,preacher of biblical economics.

People always ask : "I have always give to God faithfully,but why I don't receive my hundred folds ? I've heard of messages on God's economics but why am I not living in it ? "

First we have to understand one basic truth,that is not all offerings offered to God are accepted.Just because the church has accepted it dosent means that God accepts it,although the church will make it to good use.

The bible clearly gave us many examples of offering begin rejected by God.

Genesis 4:3-5 Cain's offering was rejected by God.Looking at the amplified version of the bible,God rejected Cain's offering because the fruits that he offered were too ripe,that it wouldn't last another day.While Abel gave God the firstborn of his flock.So God has no respect to Cain's offering.(Give the best to God,and then he will multiply the best,and it will be better in the coming ones!)

Malachi 1:6-10 The priest offered polluted foods and blind animals.God clearly states that he has no pleasure in the offering offered.

1 sam 15 , 2 sam 24:18-20 , 1 king 29 : 14-16 are more examples.

Rev John Avanzini said this specific thing in the message that if we reefer to the King James version bible regarding prosperity,the translation would be either wrong or incorrect.It was because during the time,it was poverty,and they couldn't understand the abundance that God wants to give to us.They don't that common people may prosper,making lots of silly translation.

an example : the force of the gentiles shall be converted to you,which the actual is the wealth of the gentiles! I mean who wants the force of the gentiles,i rather have star wars then.

many priest took vows of begin poverty.The truth is if a leader is poor,then how can it's member be any richer?

A man cannot take you where he's never been!

in fact God promised us in ecclesiastes 5:18 - 19 that we have full employment promise and the portion of property in this world.Just imagine anything on earth.We actually have our names on it!

7 steps to an acceptable offering

1)to give willingly

2 corint 9:7 God loves a cheerful giver.He wants us to be excited!Some churches name their offering time as opportunity for prosperity!

Offering is to get money for God's people,not from God's people!

matt 19 21-22 Jesus asked the rich ruler to sell what he has with him,not everything he has to give to the poor.To show him where his faith is.

exodus 35:4 onwards Moses ask the people to give willingly,and people start to give .He then had to stop them for giving.The people simply gave too much!

2)Give what you have,not what you don't

2 cor 8:12 according to a man has,not don't have!

the things that we have = cash,cheques material things

the things we don't have = debts,bills,rental ... etc

If we let the things we don't have to decide our offering,here comes a hole for the devil to sneak in.And God will not receive it,for he desires the best!

The church of macedonia gave more that they can afford,and God multiplied it back!

If you ask God to bless you for you to settle ur debts and only you give,i guess you have to stand and wait forever.

3)how would you use the money that God blesses you?

If we have the wrong intention,God will not multiply it!

When the blessings come,we should set apart the tithe and offering for that amount of money that we have received for God.

Many people ask,can i spend the rest of the money,getting shoes,bags and etc..In fact in the bible 1 cor 9:7-11 we have the right to enjoy.So it's fine to pamper yourself with bags,cloths and even cars or houses.

That's not all about it.God wants us to save a portion of money into the bank too.Check out Deut 28:1-5 ,where the baskets reefers what u use daily and the storehouse as your bank account!

God wants us to have a retirement plan!

4)Believe that God will multiply the offering !

Many people give with this in mind,that if i give 200 ringgit this month,i am still able to survive with a less of 200 ringgit of cash.In fact this is the hinderance that blocks God's multiplication,as we have no expectation that God will bless us!If we ourself close the door of blessings,how would then God bless us?plant offering and not burry it!

All we need is to change our mindsets when we give!

Heb 11:1 faith is the substance (raw material)

5)giving to a good ground ministry

we don't give to need we lend to the need.For if we give,God multiplies,but the bible says that when we give to the needy,we are lending to God.

If we wants a quick harvest,then we have to live on bean-sprouts.If we wait a little longer then there will be carrots!

Mark 4:1-20 seeds sowed on different grounds.These seeds are referring to churches in this case who gave the wrong teachings.

6)significance of the offering

Are the offerings that we place before God significant to us? Mark 12:41 Although the woman gave only 2 small cooper coins,compared to the rich people who put in large sacks of money,the money was all she has,for the bills,for her food.It means all to her! If your offering does not moves you,never expect it to move God!

1 king 17 : 9 -11 The prophet ask her to bring him water,which is very precious to the people because it is famine!It was valuable to everyone,but something has more precious than water to her.The piece of bread that she has,which is the last meal for her dying son.And she gave it to God.Different people has different valuables.What is yours? *think* and give it to God!

7)Ask and Litsen

Isiah 48 : 17 God is ready to teach us how to profit.One of the most important things in buisness is to be at the right place,in the right time.And God is ready to teach us!

we always likes things said by the preacher about situations on " : there's someone here who has cancer and God wants to heal you now." or even " : God wants to give a double portion of impartation to the people in the congregation. " but what it the preacher says " : someone in the congregation is to give a hundred thousand.I would like that person who has the stirring to stand up now." people will start thinking ( he must be wanting to get our money ! ) in fact ....

God have several things for us to combine to lead us on how much our offering should be

John 16 : 22 -24 ask God on how much our offering should be

God might also speak through the person who conduct tithes and offerings. 1 cor 8 : 1 -5 in the new living translation says : best of all,the went beyond our highest hopes for their first action was to dedicate themselves to the Lord and to us for what ever direction God may give them through us.

*be-careful of king james version as the translation in finance area is not exact the point of its original.

today i went fitness first with vig.After all the workouts and shower,i packed my stuff and then realized that i lost my menara maxis access card was missing.I pour out all my dirty clothes and start looking for it.Then i went to the juice bar and find,but i couldn't!I asked vig to check his bag and he says : confirm no la,no need to check wei . Then he walked to the front desk to help me find out did anyone report a lost of a menara maxis access card.After 30 minutes i felt sick of it and decided to just pay for the fine.

Headed downstairs and talked to the security guard,he called his supervisor down and i was asked to fill a form of loads of detailed information.The security guard then ask me for a total of 15 bucks.I opened my wallet and found out that i had 63,so i ask vig weather he has 2 bucks,so i can keep the 50.He opened his wallet and then we both saw the card in his wallet.We laugh our heads off and everyone on the spot including the securities had nothing to say.( i would kill him on the spot if there's no cctv )

night was church prayer.Halfway through the worship during the climax,i felt an urge to go to the toilet cause drank too much water.So i signal stacy who was in the congregation seat but she didn't see me.So i asked Daniel to swap me for a while so that i can go pee.I accidentally stepped on the 2nd keyboards cable and there was a loud buzzing sound.It then disconnect the keyboards.The Audio crew had to shut the whole system down and suddently there was a moment of quietness.When i came back from the toilet i saw that everyone was playing a different instruments.Jason went from the drums to the accoustics ; esther from accoustics to drums ; dawson from bass to electrics ; stacy playing on 2nd instead of winnie ; and danile on the the piano.. i should have been to the washroom earlier...sorry dudes...haha

then i joined fitness first,but i go once every three months.

toady i walked pass Mc.Donalds again.Come on,it's just beside college and I have to pass by it everyday.I looked at my watch and it is 2:50 ( there's mc value meal ! )

suddenly i look at my little belly and i hold back.Finally i decided not to go to Mc.D and will just have a meal for today,that's dinner.

After passing up all the assignments today,we headed to Mc.Donalds.

I ordered a large Big Mac set and after the meal,i went down to steven's corner to meet some new friends.I had a second round of food.Naan pizza,cheese and tandori chicken with 2 soft drinks.

Would i ever loose weight ?

2008 was gone,the camp was good.

As one of the organizer for the treasure hunt game last year,i am pretty satisfied by the rundown of the event.Despite feeling sorry for people who were injured,it was pretty fine.

Last year was the best church camp i had yet so far,it was when pastor sharon gave me the prophecy that i am called to serve God,pastor david who gave me the word that i will cover people's shame and finance the ministry by millions,and brother ben whom release the word that God gave anointing to me in my music in the aspect of deliverance,healing and miracles.

I want more this year!

today is the show...

It was actually a wedding function at passion road near to klcc.

It was also the very 1st time i sing in public,playing the piano same time.

I can't sing after i eat and drink,so i restrain myself from water and food whole day till the performance is over,which started at 3.30 to 10.30.It almost killed me,and while i am walking home carrying my keyboard i almost fainted.

It was a 3 piece band featuring a sax,piano and vocals.

thank God it was over and it was considerable quite good as it is the 1st time i play in this kind of combination.

It was a money spending day.I've been so busy with college life and church activities till i can't breath.So I've brought Johnson along with me to Pavilion to have some good stuffs.We planned to have dim sum buffet,but the said they changed it to weekends. ( the last time we went they said they changed it to weekdays ) ???!!! so we headed to TGI fridays.

this is the result of economic crisis.

Thank God that he provides so both of us celebrated by ordering 4 sets.

today's the last day that we gather as a section.

It seems like i just came to World Harvest not long ago.In fact it's already been two years.I remembered when i first came,i was placed in the cell group with lydia,deb and the rest where we grow together.I really learned much from p.lois.I discovered the real purpose of begin a christian.I learned to make disciples.I learned to strengthen myself in the Lord.I learned so much so much !

It's really hard to imagine a long road ahead in a new section,yet i believe that God has great plans for me,and for each of us,all of us who used to be in this section.We are no longer in a same section,yet we are still in a family !

I am going to so miss all of you ....

felt a little disappointed,as this year's easter attendance wasn't that satisfying. Quite a number of people didn't turn out especially the parents.

Anyway the games and the worship was good. We made a tiny little mistake during the worship yet overall its fun and it didn't affect anything actually. The skit was still acceptable. I made couple of mistakes and its so ..... duh ... the 4 poses with the ps song is so ..... =.='' haha...

thank God that the kids understand the theme of the skit and the message was delivered nicely..

today's exam....

i scored an average of 89 marks on all the papers in the last test.

And today i made some stupid mistakes on the theory paper ; then i can't do one question of the acoustics.

It's very frustrating,as i stayed up till 3 am and woke up again at 6 am just to study till exam.I really have no time to study,the time was so packed up.And it i really wanto study,this week i won't be sleeping at all

I'm so tired,so so so tired.My time is so packed up till I can't breath almost.Friday was a whole day performance rehearsal,classes,and practice at night.Then it was the assignment till late night.

Saturday started with skit practice,then straight VD keyboardist till late night,and i have to figure out what I am going to teach tomorrow.

Sunday is teaching,then it the rehearsal for easter will be next.Followed by 2nd service and then a piano class.

Monday is packed with classes and guess what,I have an assignment yet to do and the due date is wednesday morning.And there's easter practice at night.

Tuesday will be a whole day rushing assignments.

Wednesday is here and I haven't study for my test! It's 3 papers and i didn't touch anything yet.OMG i have classes till late night and i have no time to study!

Thursday is the day for me to settle down and study,but i mean 3 subjects....how?

Friday is a whole day examination day,followed up by easter practice again.

Saturday .... *tuut* its a final rehearsal day and i haven't even memories the skit dialog yet...

do I have time to sleep?

Yup,It's about the half a year drumming story.

What happened today was totally a joke.It was scary though.

After the practice " buzz ... " the lights dimmed for a second and it went back again.

this had already caused mrs"E" to be in shocked.

Suddenly,the lights went off and mrs"E" was so panic

we started thinking of people wanting to cut of the electricity and then break into church.

Me and Ray headed to the kitchen and we each grab hold of a broom and waited in the church.

Ray called his bother and he promised that he will come over for a look with daniel to ensure every-thing's fine.We started to gather around and pray and once again,the emergency lights went buzzing and dimmed off for a second.And I think everyone will be able to predict the story...

we'll finally they arrived and it was just a pure power failure...

It's the day

I was the 5th and the ones before me are considerably ok but a few are quite bad honestly.

Anyway everyone is in a learning process and i have much more to learn.

The gigantic spotlight wasn't working well today and we had to use dim lights,which cause most students to play wrong on the baby grand.Luckily I'm used to play in the dark as I don't want people to know who is in the practice room,that's why i turned off the lights.

The performance begun and i played quite some wrong notes here and there.Then it reaches my solo part and i did quite ok.The outro is real hard as the timing is super weird.

Frank : I couldn't hear you on the piano,yet I think its a good performance

It started again.

Not to mention all the rushing and preparation...

It started with Haru begin my vocalist.I love koreans,they are friendly and so is Haru.She promised to sing for me because i have no vocalist!

We had our 1st and last rehearsal today and it only took one hour.Omar,Laura,Vinka and Dean are already good so we actually reached the point of the song on the 1st practice and the rest of the 45 minutes we are focusing on the improvisation of the song.

Thank God i manage to figure out a solo on e flat major.A blues solo on a R&B song.

We almost didn't make it for the sound check as the engineer is having another sound check at the laundry bar.Thank goodness there's another engineer there and we had ours,else tomorrow's gonna be a mess ( Omar has drum recording at the time we are scheduled to sound check on friday ).

Now all i hope for is a great performance tomorrow.

my performance is coming and It's still all in a mess.Many people didn't make it until today we never had a full band rehearsal.Tiah and Adriene couldn't sing cause they are sick while Irma have some recording to do.It took some time for cliff to get the beat of the song and finally laura decided to ask Omar to play for me.* thanks Omar,thanks for coming although you have a recording session.

ICOM is a money machine.It sucks up all it can get.I paid 10 thousand for this semester school fees.Then they placed me in foundation sem 1 where i had to attend introduction to music theory.It's nuts for a grade 8 student.Then I had no private instructor,yet i paid for it.The best part is it cost 1700.They said im good enough to skip it,yet it's a compulsory payment.

duh....

don't come to ICOM without bringing extra cash for to feed them...

and just don't come here...

woke up at 7,slept at 3.

went to college and start practicing senorita in G flat major.Honestly the key is crazy as it's all black keys.I've got Laura on bass,Cliff on drums,Adriene on vocals,myself on baby grand,bla bla bla....

and when the rehearsal time came the song was too hard for most of us and we ended up changing the song to night at the oasis.The thing that motivated me to practice was Wee Learn.He came into the band practice room and i ask for his help to find the chords for the song as it is quite tricky.He stood where he was,litsened the whole song and sat on the piano and started playing.He played as if he knows the song very well and all the keys are correct.(thats what i called perfect pitch )

It's 11 now and i have yet to finish the scores....it's gonna be another sleepless night i guess...

i seriously needs some sleep.

It's been the whole week and i could remember friday begin whole day in college then sound check at royal bintang at night.

Saturday was a whole morning till late afternoon wedding ceremony(btw congrats PS J&J)

after the wedding we rushed off to setiawangsa starbucks for another wedding shot for Ps Moni and Wilson.

Sunday started off with me serving as the keyboardist and then skit dialog recording till 2nd pc.After dinner we head of to baskin robbins for snack...and now its 1 a.m again...

it started from 6 a.m with the make up till 7.30a.m and we started the photo shootings till 9p.m.The best part was we slept at 3.30am on that very day...

well i think that slogan is no longer applicable to people anymore,expecially Malaysians.Well,we've been waiting for the past years and now it's finally here in Malaysia ( launching only tomorrow officially ). Anyway thanks to Maxis for bringing it in so slowly.Hardcore fans should have been using it for quite some time,and i wonder who will still gets it?

There are rumors saying that Apple might launch an iphone nano or even an iphone with 32 GB of storage.So if you've been waiting for 2 years...why not wait a bit longer =)

By the way Maxis are selling the iphones at quite un-friendly packages which cost quite a lot of money,compared to many countries around the world.

Yes i've been waiting.And when i heard that it's coming,i get excited.And finally when it is here,the excitement went away.

sorry apple,not for me this time.

But i still love the ipod touch,classic and mac book pro that i have..you rocks! but Maxis don't =(

when it comes to monopoly,there will be loads of confession after the game.

(1)i stole some money from the banker when he/she wasn't paying attention.(2)i act as if i have yet to collect 2 thousand after passing the initial starting point and collected it extra once.(3)i should be landing on your property which causes me to bankrupt but i re-roll the dice when you guys aren't paying attention.

monopoly is a game where once you starts to play it,you have to keep going on until the game ends.Unless everyone walks away from the board,carrying all their money with them to the toilets and kitchen,or else no one will ever take the risk and walk away for a moment from the game.you will ended up finding you have lesser cash or some of your houses are misplaced =X

Here comes the day..the person who was initially assigned to plan for the treasure hunt game now runs the whole thing,almost? He started by carrying the water and gifts to a leader's car for a few rounds where the leader didn't help and then walked to church and distribute the handouts to the group leader.Then he rushed off to the zoo with the station leaders carrying large box of mineral water to the gathering point..(he leads the wrong way =) ) and then rush out to the entrance to lead the children in.Then he starts by listening to the cheers of the children,explained the treasure hunt game,and then sent them off.After the children were gone,he began to take care of the todlers and walk around to see if anyone needed help.When the game end,he started to calculate the points and then gave away the prizes.In the end,he led everyone out of the zoo again...

it was fun? haha

it's me here...blogging izn't my interest yet i think it's time to be honest and write something.

I can't really recall how long since i was named Timothy by my ex-youth pastor (kelvin lim) where he was in the youth ministry and p.shakers ministry.

It was when i came to KL and i learned to be mature in my christian walk and soon after i discovered that my name simply means honoring God.

Sometimes i wondered what have i become?

Do i really honor God?

i was once on fire,in the year 2008.I did my quiet time,organize revival prayer meeting,serving in church prayer,vision day,secret place,praise celebration...i went all out for God.Hospital was always in my mind,and gospel is always what i speak forth.

I think it's obvious that i backslide,and i know that many people knows about it...

I started to club again,smoked again,drink again and did many things which are contradicting to the word of God...I started giving excuses to skip my serving in church,begin late for services and sometimes don't even feel like going....

The day was kick started by 2 exams(music theory and acoustics).

well,i studied and pass shouldn't be a problem.The fact is i am totally not satisfied with the way which ICOM does.I pursue a grade 8 in ABRSM and i'm enrolled to a introduction to music theory course where i learn what is major 7th,tonic,etc..

Afternoon was the worst part of the day.The vietnamese cuisine owned by my classmates uncle which is located in Pavillion was quite bad.The movie watchman was worst(maybe different people see things in different ways) yet i hate it =) the actors,the way the film was shot....and we came across a bad jam when we head backs to college and to my home,and it rained heavily too..crap =(

nigh time was zouk again with terrence c in zouk main room with techno and trance in the house...it was quite bored as the atmosphere wasn't there.After ordering some snacks we headed up to barsonic where the twilight action girl was and it was a bomb! the in house light effects and music makes me dance..

Friday performance was great...i enjoyed playing with e.jie , soon and and daniel. Although it was just a simple instrumental performance with violins, baby grand , 5 string bass and a keyboard , but i think it was awesome! Thank God that I'm not nervous on the baby grand. e.jie did went out of tune for some parts but overall it was good =)Many seniors came and they gave me some good comments. Thanks seniors~

Seniors are cool here. Friendly and musically talented. People like Frank who used to be in the alley cats ,wee learn who has perfect pitch, super talented in music which makes my mouth drops. He can listen to the aircond and tell of the key =O . People like ronnie who played the violin so cool and yet still so humble. Always saying that he sucks yet he represents Malaysia to HK. He's a nice friend ,always ajak me go bangkok jazz or alexis..and he perform so much that one day if he doesn't perform he feels sick at home....The audio engineers in ICOM are kind of nice too and they are professional i would say.
The best part about this week is that we are heading towards a university. By then we will have school of performing arts , school of broadcasting? and school of music i think...can't remember.
